The layout is Colemak. Japanese (kana) layout is uncommon like Colemak, but it might be too geeky. Even most Japanese geek don't know the layout! Anyway, it's good for ornament.

NATO phonetic alphabet keycap set for Cherry MX

3 pt for Georgia font is too small... Roman type's thin line is almost invisible. Emacs keycap set will be a bit more readable.

Test of new jigs and Emacs keycaps
With my old jigs, front side of keycap warps when I print on front side. Now I'm trying to improve it.
My new jigs:
They enforces keycaps while printing.
The result:
Zero warp!
BTW I'm making Emacs keycaps:
Small letters are 3.6 pt. They are ornamental things, of course. But I feel the typography isn't best.
I found a problem:
Two green legends should be the same color. New jigs caused temperature inconsistency! I should try another way...

Especially Puffy has a good atmosphere. The color and matiere of Puffy go well with the color and surface of keycap.

New packing material
Model M keycap has fragile stem.
In order to prevent damage during shipment, I got this.
Paper tube. The size is enough to keycap.
Wrap a keycap in paper...
And store in paper tube.
This is the most secure packing as far as I can imagine.
